Just about perfect...

Being a culinary student and a fan of the book, I am very satisfied with this app. I was about to go through the process of making flash cards to memorize the ratios, then I found out about the app. WAY better than anything Id of made. The calculator is awesome! My only grumble (very minor!) is that the graphics arent updated for the retina display. This app is a must for culinary students or any fans of the book.
